How to send your watch for repair
The SEIKO Service Center provides repair services on Seiko, Grand Seiko, Pulsar, and Lassale branded products. Please know that the SEIKO Service Center is the only service facility in the United States authorized by SEIKO Watch of America LLC to service these products, and all work performed carries either a six or twelve month guarantee. The SEIKO Service Center will provide you with a free written estimate to the cost of repairing your timepiece. We cannot provide estimates by phone, as we must have the timepiece at our service center in order to perform a proper and thorough evaluation. If your timepiece is under warranty please include the fully completed warranty card (all documents will be returned with your timepiece). Timepieces not covered under warranty or are outside the warranty period will be estimated at prevailing repair costs. After our evaluation, we will contact you by e-mail with the results of our findings. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS WHEN COMPLETING THE "REPAIR FORM."

Please send your timepiece to address above with the following information in your correspondence:
- Daytime phone number
- Description of the problem with the timepiece or the service you would like
- Number of timepieces you are sending for service
- E-mail address (so you can approve out of warranty repairs and check the status of your repair).
You may also drop off your timepiece at our service center, located at our address in Mahwah, NJ, as noted above.
We will be happy to accept your timepiece. Within twenty four hours we will send you a detailed estimate for any chargeable repairs or an acknowledgement of warranty service.
